letting the shoulders fall and widen, opening the chest up and softening the ribs, straightening the fingers and keeping them in the periferal vision, and keeping the elbows soft and not locked back.
Balancing on one side of the body, keeping the skull loose and free, straightening the arm, back and leg, growing to touch either ends of the room, with hands and feet. Being careful not to arch or bend the back either way.
Keeping the arms at shoulder length, Swinging the feet either side, keeping the back on the floor, also stretching as far as you can, keeping the feet on the floor as you change legs, letting them fall before swinging.
