These are a few pictures from the phrase in andrea's lesson that begins a with a rown and goes into pressup. I like the phrase as i find myself being fluent in it, it really inspires me, as both my skull and pelvis lead throught the phrase, it allows me to work on this as it is a factor i sometimes strugle with, it really helps me disconnect both throughout the dance and being able to lead with either one or the other.
